General Purpose: Guest Services is the first point of contact for all guests on property. Ensuring the guest has been greeted warmly and provided with all information needed is critical. As the Director of Guest Services, your role is to provide and maintain an overall positive guest experience. The Director of Guest Services position assists Head Golf Professional (HGP) and General Manager (GM) in ensuring all staff execute proper policy and procedures while giving excellent guest service.
