Job Location: Kahala
Compensation: $18/hour
Employment Type: Temp - Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties: Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, stainless steel cleaning, wiping surfaces, and occasional scrubbing
• Pool maintenance: Use a pool net to remove leaves from the surface of the pool once a day (approximately 30 minutes per session)
• Trash handling: Transfer trash from one bin to another (within the trash room)
• General upkeep: Assist with additional cleaning duties as required

• The role requires the ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continually during working hours
• Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs on occasion
• If any tasks cause physical discomfort or limitations, we are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments-no discrimination will be made

• At least 6 months of professional janitorial experience
• Trustworthy: We seek employees who can be trusted to work independently and with integrity
• Following instructions: Ability to understand and execute instructions from the maintenance team
• Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English
