Marketing Analyst – Join the AFH Family!

Are you a data enthusiast who loves turning numbers into impactful insights? At American Floor and Home (AFH), we're seeking a Marketing Analyst to dive deep into market research, uncover trends, and help shape the strategies of our family of brands.

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who thrives in the details and sees the big picture in every dataset. You'll be a trusted advisor to marketing and leadership teams, turning research into actionable recommendations. Specifically, we're looking for someone who can:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
• Develop surveys, polls, and questionnaires to gather reliable insights
• Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear recommendations
• Create compelling reports and visualizations for management
• Forecast industry and marketing trends to guide strategic decisions
• Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive measurable results

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Research, Statistics, Math, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with statistical or data visualization tools
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a passion for continuous improvement
• Willingness to work on-site in Oahu as needed and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
