Primary Shift: Day
Base hourly pay: $16.39 to $18.03 hourly
In this role you will:
- Greet and welcome patients.
- Ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.
- Obtain patient information, doctor information and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.
- Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.
- This is a hospital-based Laboratory environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Excellent computer skills, required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Appreciation for your work
