Are you ready to step into a leadership role within the aviation industry? PrimeFlight is seeking a dedicated Lavatory & Water Supervisor to oversee our team responsible for maintaining aircraft lavatory and water systems. This is a hands‑on leadership position that ensures safety, compliance, and efficient operations while providing guidance and support to the Lavatory & Water team.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS A LAVATORY & WATER SUPERVISOR

• Supervise Lavatory & Water Agents and oversee daily operations
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees to support performance and growth
• Perform quality control checks and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Work alongside the team to complete lavatory & water servicing
• Coordinate schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations and operational issues
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment logs
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and uphold safety standards
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe disposal of lavatory waste
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license
• 1 year of supervisory experience required
• 1 year of aviation experience required
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Eligible to obtain airport credentials

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

• Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels

• Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
