After‑School Program Site Coordinator in Mokapu

Bring your leadership and creativity to Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i's largest locally owned and operated non‑profit serving children and families. As a Site Coordinator, you'll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after‑school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily program operations and guide your staff with confidence and care.
• Welcome children after school and set the tone for a fun, structured afternoon.
• Support homework and academic time, encouraging focus and independence.
• Lead engaging activities—from STEM challenges to creative arts and hands‑on projects.
• Promote active play through outdoor games, teamwork, and movement.
• Build strong relationships with families while ensuring safety, quality, and aloha in everything you do.
