After‑School Program Site Coordinator in Mokapu

As a Site Coordinator, you'll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after‑school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily program operations and guide your staff with confidence and care.
- Welcome children after school and set the tone for a fun, structured afternoon.
- Support homework and academic time, encouraging focus and independence.
- Lead engaging activities—from STEM challenges to creative arts and hands‑on projects.
- Promote active play through outdoor games, teamwork, and movement.
- Build strong relationships with families while ensuring safety, quality, and aloha in everything you do.
