(Role: Non-Exempt) JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for the timely response and restoration communications of power outages and system activity to affected stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining the electrical distribution strategy and operations to ensure continuity of service, stability, and power delivery according to tariff requirements. Ensures reliable power distribution follows appropriate standards and regulations. Directs field personnel in managing single-phase and three phase customer power outages, emergency response, service restoration and repair activities in a safe operational manner, writes, and performs planned and emergency switching on the Sub-Transmission and Distribution System.
