Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role involves both data entry and physical labor, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Input information into spreadsheets accurately.
• Enter serial numbers and manufacturing numbers into the system.
• Perform 25% of work in labor-intensive tasks.
• Utilize inventory management skills, including shipping and receiving, and picking using an RF scanner.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to effectively use an RF scanner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on forklift operation if converted to a permanent position.

Work Environment:

The position operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment involves both desk work and physical tasks, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds. Dress code and safety standards are observed to ensure a safe and comfortable workplace.

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
