As a Marketing Greeter, you will greet guests, provide customer service, offer general location information, and direct guests to marketing desk locations.

Schedule Details
Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities
- Share information with visitors about available services and direct them to marketing desk locations.
- Distribute Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information.
- Assist customers with general information over the phone and provide concierge services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person.
- Ability to multi‑task and balance priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Fluency in English (speak, read, write).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred candidate located in Hawaii.
Preferred
- 2 years of college or equivalent experience in a business or retail environment.
