Customer Service Representative (Remote Hawaii) Summary: Customer Service Representative services as the first point of contact for the Resource Helpline, providing support, guidance, and hope to individuals and families across Hawaii. This is a fully remote position, equipment provided. Must be available to work flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Respond to an average of 50 calls, texts, chats, or emails per shift, offering health and human service referrals to community members. Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care during every interaction. Accurately complete data entry, call logs, and follow-up documentation in a timely manner.
