Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for an Associate Attorney located in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities include handling workers' compensation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing at hearings on all islands. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with clients, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely resolution of cases in line with state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Barred and licensed in Hawaii
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the Hawaii State Bar
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in workers' compensation cases or related legal fields is a plus
