Systems and Network Engineer – Senior (TS/SCI Clearance)
Full‑time, onsite at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. Salary: $148,750 – $166,250 per year.

Job Summary
US BICES‑X is a cutting‑edge program that supports DoD intelligence sharing on current and emerging global threats. The team is dispersed globally and directly supports war fighters and coalition partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the performance and efficiency of multiple computer systems.
- Maintain system integrity and security.
- Support users with deployment of new services.
- Maintain system documentation and provide desk‑side support.
- Recommend, procure, install, and back up hardware and software.
- Develop policies for the allocation of computing resources.
- Implement testing strategies and document results.
- Provide end‑user training and technical guidance.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Adhere to established administration practices and techniques.
- Keep knowledge of related hardware and software current.
- May require professional certification in relevant technologies.
- Occasionally perform networking, DTS, information assurance, and logistics duties.
- Resolve network incidents and provide equipment training.
- Determine network specifications and compatibility parameters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years in systems administration or analysis.
- Knowledge of administration methods and techniques.
- Experience with user, administrative, and service account management.
- Experience with Server STIGs, patching, Tenable, ACAS, SCCM, and IAVA vulnerabilities.
- Group Policy and Windows PowerShell expertise.
- Experience with multiple OS and scripting languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of related hardware and software.
- 8570.1 IAT Level 2 certification.
- Windows 10 certification within 90 days.
- Eligibility for IAT Level II access; ITIL V4 Foundation within 6 months.
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.).
- Experience with current Cisco IOS software and hardware features.
- Valid passport for international travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2016 administration.
- Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, and chat technologies.
- Experience with VMware vCenter, Horizon VDI, and other virtualization platforms.
- Monitoring and responding to key server infrastructure alerts.
- CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP Enterprise certification.
- JNCIP‑ENT certification.
