About the location:

A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Overnight Front Desk Supervisor

The Overnight Supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

What you will do:

  • Resolve guest concerns and interact with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Frequently tour the hotel and monitor activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled.
  • Review late arrivals, next‑day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day's activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements.
  • Audit room blocks and address any discrepancies.
  • Prepare proper handling of special attention guests, return guests, groups, etc.
  • Respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
  • Work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum two years of luxury experience in hospitality desired.
  • Cultural sensitivity to Hawai‘i and its workforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay:

$34.72 per hour
