Network Engineer IV with Security Clearance

Job Title: Network Engineer IV. Position Overview: Serves as the lead Network Engineer responsible for network monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and project management of wired and wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize wired and wireless network performance.
• Implement network security controls.
• Lead IT projects and manage technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
• IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.
• 7 years of progressive network engineering experience, with at least 2 years specialized.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance

• May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship.
• Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include light work with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds or more, carrying supplies and equipment; requires varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking; and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Travel

Minimal travel for corporate support is expected for this position.
