Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM) with Security Clearance

Position Overview: The Cybersecurity Team Lead oversees the contract Information Assurance team, responsible for cybersecurity servers, applications, and team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity staff and operations.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cybersecurity servers/applications.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Manage cybersecurity projects and planning.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
• IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.
• 7 years of cybersecurity specialist experience.
• Proven team leadership experience.

Work Authorization/ Security Clearance: May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship. Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Position generally requires light work with occasional lifting of up to (30) pounds or more, carrying supplies, equipment.
• Job requires varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking.
• This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate clearly with an excellent comprehension of the English language is essential.
• Work is generally performed in an indoor setting.

Physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the duties described in the work environment.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support is expected for this position.
