Base pay range

$117,300.00/yr - $205,200.00/yr

Posted salary range information reflects location and other factors. Individual pay is determined by work location and job-related skills, experience, and education or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Project Manager and Technical Lead, planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high technical complexity from concept through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning.
• Manage projects of various types, including pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and green stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets.
• Support business development by nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities to expand Jacobs Hawaii's service to clients and communities.
• Mentor and coach early and mid-career engineers and designers; be mentored by senior staff.
• Collaborate to develop skills locally and across Jacobs' global organization with opportunities to share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct management of project teams
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects

Preferred qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams of design, scientific, and technology professionals
• Strong network with local municipalities, private utilities, and other water/wastewater, conveyance, and water resources clients
• Active in a professional organization
• Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

The base salary range for this position is $117,300.00 to $205,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills and experience.
