Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Materials Planner to join their team! This position is located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring part sparing levels, usage trends, and allocation across the network by collecting and analyzing operational data
- Create and track repair and exchange orders to support maintenance requirements
- Help follow up with vendors to ensure timely repair turnaround and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Track and communicate the status of critical or urgent material orders to stakeholders
- Support demand forecasting efforts and buy versus repair evaluations through data gathering and analysis
- Maintain and update part number records, inventory tracking data, and system records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in preparing draft Inventory disservice reports and related performance summaries
- Contribute to the maintenance of planning tools and forecasting dashboards used for material analysis
- Facilitate inventory count activities and adjustments as needed
- Support analysis of surplus, obsolete, or underperforming inventory in collaboration with planners
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical and logistical information for issue resolution or planning inputs
- Compile reports, statistics, and presentation materials for internal use
- Provide administrative and analytical support for assigned supply chain projects or system implementation
Desired Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, or related field(s), or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency using statistics tools
- Demonstrated spares forecasting ability
- Strong capabilities to work with database, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in production planning or materials planning
- Supply Chain Certifications: CPIM or CSCP

The approximate pay range for this position is between $27.59 and $39.41. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
