Description:

Position Overview

Serve as the main point of contact for life insurance customers, providing prompt, professional assistance by phone and email. Handle policy inquiries, transaction processing, and issue resolution with empathy and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries and service requests in a high‑volume call center setting
  • Explain life insurance policy features, benefits, and premiums and provide policy information
  • Process policy changes and maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Research and resolve errors or discrepancies efficiently
  • Build positive relationships with customers to retain business and promote the company's reputation

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree and 1+ year of customer service experience (insurance/call center preferred)
  • Life Insurance Producer License (required within 3 months of hire)
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows PC applications

Physical & Work Environment

Mostly seated office work; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Overtime may be required. Remote work authorized only by management.

Location

1440 Kapiolani Blvd Ste 1700, Honolulu, HI 96814 (Onsite, direct hire)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Pay Range

$20.00 /hr – $25.00 /hr
