Network Analyst – Leads network projects by recommending solutions to network strategy and security issues, develops detailed network specifications, performs network analysis and capacity planning, develops and recommends approaches to network growth and enhancements, develops processes and procedures for network operations, provides network performance monitoring and analysis, supports installation and maintenance of server hardware and software, assists in maintaining all data center equipment.
Journeyworker – Performs complex professional work exercising independent judgment and discretion, applies broad concepts and expertise, analyzes factors to formulate feasible solutions, and performs work ranging from simple to highly complex assignments, spending majority of time on complex work.
Senior Specialist / Subject Matter Expert – Provides advanced level work with comprehensive knowledge, serves as project or team leader, initiates and completes highly complex projects, directs lower‑level specialists, offers expert advisory guidance, resolves novel and complex situations requiring new techniques or standards.
Networking Services – Manages, administers, and develops standards for LAN, WAN, or wireless networks, includes security, firewall installation, maintenance, intrusion detection, software upgrades, monitoring, licensing, storage management, and telecommunication network design.
