Network Analyst

Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join a growing infrastructure team. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing network systems to ensure secure, reliable connectivity for business operations. You'll lead network refresh projects, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill and resolve network requests and trouble tickets; complete all required documentation.
• Lead and coordinate network projects (firewall upgrades, core router/switch refreshes, security protocols).
• Work with users and vendors to resolve connectivity and capacity issues.
• Recommend and implement cost‑effective solutions to improve network performance.
• Support critical network equipment and complex systems, including after‑hours upgrades to minimize business impact.

Top Skills

• Previous experience with Cisco CUCM
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching
• CCNA Certification (Preferred)

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with network security protocols and firewall management.

Pay And Benefits

Pay range: $60,000 – $94,000 per year.
