Help steward resources that directly support programs across Oʻahu. This role leads day-to-day accounting while partnering with program and store leaders to keep funding flowing where it matters most.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely, accurate monthly financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, dashboards)
• Own month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and GL integrity
• Support forecasting and performance reviews across cash flows, store operations, and capex
• Train and partner with program/store/department managers on procedures, tools, and policies
• Lead and develop accounting staff-hiring, coaching, goal-setting, and performance reviews
• Strengthen internal controls and documentation; assist with audit prep and process improvement

What you bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with people leadership
• Public accounting exposure preferred (comfort with audits/controls)
• Proficiency in Excel and GAAP; strong communicator who can translate numbers into action
