Project Manager (Construction)

Position Summary

Manages planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to schedule execution of work
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFI's, estimating, submittals
• Quality Control, manage all aspects of project

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc.
• Prefer 5-10 years experience within field
• Prefer OSHA, QC, federal or military project experience
