NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly – Assembly Technician

Work on-site at local retail stores such as Lowe's and Walmart, assembling merchandise and displays. Products include barbecues, bikes, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches, and furniture.

Part‑time, 2–3 days per week, day‑shift. Availability may fluctuate seasonally, with peaks in spring, summer, and holidays.

Pay: Piece‑work model up to $30 per hour, based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assembly and repair of products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Check‑in with retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively to the area manager.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated; able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude; handy.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• Has a smartphone and email address.
• Internet access via smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• MUST be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of working on feet for extended periods.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 60+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience a plus; training available.
