Tuition paid upfront at network schools~ Housekeeping Custodial Cast Members play an important role our home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests every day. The Housekeeping Custodial role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all hotel property. Custodial Cast Members are responsible for cleaning the Resort's on stage and backstage locations including all interior and exterior public areas. Our Hotel Custodial Cast also clean Restaurants, Rest Rooms (Guest and Cast), pool area, lobby, meeting rooms, Spa and Utility/Support with Guest interaction. Graveyard responsibility also includes some guest room cleaning and room deliveries.Maintain cleanliness of all Front of House Guest areas. Restaurants – Carpet Vacuuming and shampooing, cleaning dry floor surfaces/matsLobbies – Clean carpets, stairs ways and maintain floor surfaces, walls, doors and windows(vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, shampooing)Back of House Locations - Clean and maintain off-stage support areas (offices, break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms)Area Wash down and Cleaning- Rinse/wash down all exterior Resort common walkways/hardscape areas and dry all exterior walkways and hardscape areasPool Area – Clean and maintain pool deck and furnitureClean walls, doors, windows and ceilings in all areasIncludes the use of specialized floor cleaningFlexible/Adaptable-may work in a variety of areas, conditions and/or have changing start/end timesProactive-immediately communicates concerns and reacts to situationsMust use Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., power equipment/tools and disinfectants, degreasing chemicals and all cleaning productsSome roles require additional specialized training in both procedure and ergonomic principlesEnthusiastic about interacting and helping guestsSelf directed and able to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining qualityEnjoys cleaningPrevious experience in a cleaning environment (previous housekeeping, kitchen/restaurant or other busy cleaning environments)Previous experience in a self directed role requiring little follow up /supervisionKnowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferredFull Time - Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATIONAfter clicking “Apply for this job” below, the employment application will open in a new window.
