As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a high-end retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for visitors, employees, and property. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents that may occur within the retail environment.

Assist visitors and employees with inquiries or directions, providing a professional presence throughout the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when necessary, following prescribed procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
