Otis Worldwide is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Intern to support our Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team, starting in May/June 2026. This remote internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate ethics, compliance, investigations, legal, and privacy while developing skills in data analysis, program development, and corporate messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership review.
  • Support efforts to automate data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, communications, and awareness campaigns that reinforce Otis' ethical culture.
  • Assist with planning and execution of major ethics events, including Ethics Week and internal awareness initiatives.
  • Provide project-based support to the Investigations, Privacy, and Third-Party Management teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

To be successful, you'll need the following:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated interest in ethics, compliance, corporate governance, or legal affairs
  • Committed to fostering a culture of trust through ethical behavior and sound judgment
