ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of the Ala Moana Hotel Rental Program. Prepares and assists in the review of Owner Statements, including monthly owner financial reports. Prepares monthly and annual taxation GET, TAT, and OTAT returns for the Rental Program Management Company and also the Hotel Operating company. Prepares account reconciliations and performs analysis on owners accounts on a monthly and annual basis. Implementation of procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
