MindWerks Clinic, founded by Haylin Dennison, LCSW, is reshaping the culture of medicine through a bold physician-wellness movement grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. We partner with JABSOM and residency programs statewide to support physicians and trainees from medical school through attending practice. Our mission is simple but urgent: to help healers heal themselves, so they can continue to heal others.

We're seeking a visionary clinician or executive coach (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, MD, or Certified Coach) who thrives in high-performance environments and understands the emotional toll of medicine. You'll deliver confidential therapy or coaching to medical students, residents (PGY-1–PGY-4), and attendings, guiding them through burnout, perfectionism, and identity loss toward resilience and leadership.
