Enterprise Tech Lead

Location: Oahu, Hawaii (Onsite with up to 30% travel)

Clearance: Active Secret or above required

Pay: 180-215K + equity

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Tech Lead to drive large, cross-functional software initiatives with our mission and engineering teams. In this role, you'll own end-to-end technical delivery — from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation and field deployment — working directly with customers and mission partners to ensure success.

You'll collaborate with senior government stakeholders (CTOs, ISSMs, PMs) and lead engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and mission-critical technology solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and deploy impactful software solutions directly supporting customer missions.
• Lead engineering workstreams from design through deployment, ensuring security, scalability, and usability.
• Act as the technical representative for the company with senior customer stakeholders.
• Drive the ATO process for assigned projects and ensure RMF compliance.
• Lead technical planning and responses for government RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.
• Integrate with complex DoD IT ecosystems — including IdAM, SIEM, data platforms, and cross-domain systems.
• Collaborate with mission owners and end users to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Travel (up to 30%) to customer sites for deployment and mission engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development (e.g., Postgres, Redis, S3, React).
• Proven experience developing and deploying secure software compliant with DoD RMF.
• Experience integrating with enterprise or government IT environments, including IdAM and SIEM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects from architecture through delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable interfacing with technical and non-technical audiences.
• US Citizenship required; active clearance required.
