We're seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You will be responsible for driving sales, building a talented team, engaging with customers, and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales and comparable sales goals
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate team
• Creating customer engagement through social media and store initiatives
• Managing store operations, including organization, delegation, and customer service
• Monitoring shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors
• Collaborating with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback
• Using sales data to inform strategies
• Implementing company policies, controlling supply, and utilizing new technologies
• Merchandising the store effectively and launching promotions
• Mentoring staff through recognition and feedback

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• Adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment
• Interest in pop culture and music trends
• Ability to handle physical tasks like packing and unpacking merchandise up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $23.25 - $29.10 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
