Conducts implementation and monitoring activities for various HR programs, typically supporting multiple teams or departments within a function.
Identifies opportunities to enhance the employee experience and collaborates with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
Implements talent management strategies and assists with training on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Analyzes HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders on workforce trends, employee performance, and HR strategy effectiveness.
Works closely with leaders to identify and develop internal talent, helping to find opportunities for high potentials to stretch and learn across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
