At TEKsystems we are supporting a local healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst with expertise in Epic Systems, specifically Willow Inpatient (WINV) and Willow Ambulatory (WAMB) modules. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare IT, Epic certification, and experience in pharmacy workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical functions related to intermediate to complex applications/systems.
• Analyze, design, implement, and support Epic applications, with a focus on Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices and optimize system usage.
• Manage and coordinate projects and work assignments in partnership with the PMO.
• Provide 24/7 support as needed for critical systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hawaiʻi residents/candidates who meet the following criteria.
• Professionals with Epic Certification.
• Professionals with Pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare information systems, including applications design, implementation, and support.
• Proven leadership in managing IT projects and system implementations.
• Certification in relevant Epic applications (Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, Inventory).
• Strong understanding of hospital systems and clinical workflows.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
