Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and services.
• Apply engineering best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
• Support architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical strategy.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to grow technical expertise across the team
• Build and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code.
• Lead and manage full software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input for new feature development.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in production and staging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Great understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
