Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Open to Relocation

Location: Various relocation-supported opportunities in several locations. Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Student loan forgiveness up to $24K.

Position - BCBA, Full Time, open to relocation with relocation assistance up to $15,000.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Commitment to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we'll cover the cost
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
