PROTOCOL ANALYST

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Protocol Analyst to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.

Primary Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Secondary Locations: Augusta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Oahu, HI, and Various Locations

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA) or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems.


• Experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, or network security analysis.


• Ability to perform advanced mathematics such as calculus, discrete mathematics, trigonometry, logic, computation, and statistics.


• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.


• Motivation to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

Degree Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or related technical field.


• Relevant training programs (e.g., 9141, 1N2A, 451/452 Signals Analysis, MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP) may be considered in lieu of degree.

Education and Experience:

Entry level: HS Degree + 6 years relevant experience; Associates Degree + 4 years; Bachelor's Degree + 2 years. Higher levels: HS Diploma/GED + 15 years, Associate's + 13 years, Bachelor's + 11 years, Master's + 9 years.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $240,000

Note: Compensation is flexible and depends on various factors including responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
