As an Online Order Shopper, you will play a vital role in supporting our Prime Now customer orders. Your responsibilities will include preparing orders for delivery and/or pickup while navigating our store to select everyday goods ranging from food to household items. A flexible schedule is essential to meet our customers' needs, especially during our busiest times on Saturdays and Sundays. We highly encourage applicants who are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays!

Availability Requirements

• Schedules are provided up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts last between 4-8 hours.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in using handheld technology (mobile devices) for order fulfillment.
• Efficiently and accurately fulfill online orders with a sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product and order accuracy.
• Eager to learn about product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Maintain an organized and clutter-free staging area.
• Willingness to assist in various store departments including customer service, cashier, and grocery as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing/walking for at least 6 hours.
• High school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Typical work hours involve standing/walking for 6-8 hours and sitting for breaks of 1-4 hours.
• Requires hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Job functions involve bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning agents.
• Work in a temperature environment of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Ability to use tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
• May require the use of ladders.
