Position Overview

A leading Hawaii-based land and resource company with diverse operations including hospitality, utilities, real estate, retail, and conservation is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance. This executive will oversee all financial and risk management functions for a group of businesses spanning multiple industries and locations. Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis for a multi-entity organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting (GAAP and tax basis).
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Direct insurance risk management and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop finance and accounting teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to drive business growth.
• Represent ownership interests in meetings with hospitality partners.
• Sponsor financial systems implementation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or VP role.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-business organizations preferred.
