Maintain a professional level of performance and productivity in the field of legal writing. Build and maintain expertise in the field of legal writing. Work independently and with colleagues to select, develop, and revise curricular materials, instructional techniques, and assessment strategies for legal writing courses. Undertake research/scholarly or creative projects in the field of legal writing. Contribute to development activities in the law, the law school, and University. Provide service and leadership to the law school, University, and community. Involved in professional and self-development activities. Other duties as assigned by the Dean. Minimum Qualifications: A Juris Doctor degree or equivalent terminal degree from a college or university of recognized standing, and a demonstrated ability and/or experience in teaching 1 L legal writing in a JD program or demonstrated experience in law practice, legal scholarship, and public service.
