Job Details

Provide onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce, control and direction of all field and construction management activities. Provide onsite Quality Control Management and ensure the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) is followed. Comply with all applicable codes, standards, and project specifications (e.g., UFGS, federal regulations). Review project plans, submittals, and specifications to identify and resolve potential quality issues. Read and understand specifications, reference codes and standards. Work with Manager to ensure timely regulatory compliance and reporting. Monitor and report on project progress. Work with staff to forecast and maintain maintenance, repair and replacement stock on assigned projects. Order and coordinate inventory of material stock and equipment for all locations. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors and other construction personnel to determine project needs. Ensure job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
