We're seeking a talented Pastry Cook to craft beautiful, delicious desserts that complete the Arancino dining experience. If you have a passion for pastry and the precision it takes to create memorable sweets, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with daily dessert plating during service
  • Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, creams, and fillings
  • Decorate desserts with precision and creativity
  • Maintain a clean, organized pastry station and follow food safety guidelines
  • Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients and assist with ordering

What We're Looking For

  • Previous pastry or baking experience preferred (restaurant or bakery)
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for presentation
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
  • Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • AM/PM availability preferred
