The Project Manager provides consulting services for our client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Projects vary from small to large-sized projects for IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrades within occupied corporate office facilities nationally. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Construction projects consist of new builds, site relocations, office re-stacks, technology upgrades, and special client expansion project requests. May require up to 25% overnight travel throughout the US. - - What youll do - - Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
