Project Management Opportunity

We are currently working with a local electricity company that is looking for someone who has experience in project management. Candidates must be located in Hawaii to be considered. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in telecommunication and project coordination experience. Key responsibilities include: distributing engineering drawings for printing and internal circulation, routing bills of materials for quotes, internal requests, and purchase orders, confirming material deliveries and updating SAP records, consolidating materials from multiple orders for deployment, scheduling project kick-off meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders, coordinating monthly project schedules across islands, ensuring site readiness, timely material delivery, submission of required documentation, notification to operations center and outage window arrangements, safety and substation entry training for contractors, travel to outer islands, sharing updates and reports with engineers, pulling data for planning, assisting with budget approval reports, setting up projects and work orders in SAP, generating service invoice entries, and occasionally updating internal systems.

Qualifications include strong project handling, coordination, and scheduling abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills across diverse teams, familiarity with telecom equipment and operations, experience in telecommunications projects, proficiency in SAP and project tracking/reporting tools, ability to travel across islands as needed, and comfortable working in a mobile environment without on-site parking.

Pay range for this position is $27.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
