Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Parking Ambassador located in Honolulu, HI. As a Parking Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring parking areas, assisting guests with parking inquiries, and ensuring a smooth parking experience. Daily tasks will include guiding vehicles to appropriate parking spaces, providing information to guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking areas.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with guests


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to remain organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently


• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle outdoor weather conditions


• Attention to detail and problem?solving capabilities


• Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial


• High school diploma or equivalent
