About THIS OPPORTUNITY:

As a Plumber Mechanic at SageWater, you will work on high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is completing quality plumbing work while maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth-ideal for a plumbing professional committed to excellence.

The Plumber Mechanic position requires the ability to work safely, support licensed plumbers, and maintain organized, clean job sites. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, Hawaii, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete pipe installation and fixture replacement

Demo and remove old plumbing systems

Move and organize tools, pipe, and fittings

Use hand and power tools safely

Follow directions and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

4+ years of plumbing experience

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.

Own basic hand tools

Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Have reliable transportation to job site daily

Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $30 - $42 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
