Customer Service Representative

Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers. Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services. Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they're still satisfied with their purchases or services received. Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers. Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them. Escalating queries and concerns when necessary. Updating customer records following each contact. Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization provides.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment.
• Shift will be 7a-330p or 1030a-8p, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.
• High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
• 2+ years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment.
• Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
