Responsibilities

• The Revenue Manager will be responsible for balancing the financial objectives to maximize total revenues and profit associated with total revenue.
• Provide guidance on pricing, positioning and inventory of all condos.
• Develops and implements strategy for pricing and optimization for all market segments and channels.
• Maintains productive relationships with stakeholders, including condo operations, sales leaders, and owners.
• Is responsible directly for business performance analysis, reporting, strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Takes the lead in learning and development of the revenue hosts.
• Responsible for the implementation at property level of corporate initiatives within the distribution framework.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business is preferred. 2 years of revenue management leadership experience (preferably in the hospitality industry or another service industry) with proven experience and significant understanding of distribution, total revenue optimization marketing, administrative and businesses processes and forecasting and budgeting required.
