[Medical Biller]

Employment type: Temporary, Part-time

Times Pharmacy is looking for medical billers or pharmacy technicians for vaccination clinic billing.

We are looking to hire independent, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to help us process and submit vaccination clinic claims.

Availability:

1. Monday through Friday Most days start around 8am and end around 5pm. May potentially end later (around 7PM) or may work on Saturday and/or Sunday if there is a need.
2. Position begins in July or August and ends in mid November (~3-4 months)

Responsibilities:

1. Enter vaccination clinic claims into pharmacy billing systems
2. Process and organize vaccination clinic files
3. Follow all operating policies and procedures
4. Conduct work in a professional manner at all times and provide excellent customer service
5. Proper phone etiquette when verifying health information with patients and/or healthcare professionals
6. Additional duties to be assigned as needed, such as attending vaccination clinics and assisting with paperwork

Qualifications:

1. Medical billing and coding experience preferred
2. Cash register experience preferred
3. Data entry and computer typing skills
4. Phone operation and etiquette skills
5. Basic arithmetic skills with calculator use
