Job Description

The role involves assisting in receiving, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving returns, counting and confirming quantities, determining condition, and completing paperwork;
• Arranging for pick-up of shipments, contacting delivery drivers, and coordinating schedules;
• Communicating effectively with other departments in the company;
• Responding quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolving problems, and communicating service issues to supervisor;
• Encouraging safe work practices in others;
• Arranging daily cycle count and following variance;
• Weekly report updates;
• Other duties as assigned to the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent;
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but no experience is okay - everything will be trained;
• Moderate computer skills to assist in report data collection;
• Strong responsibility, ability to follow supervision, and good communication skills.

Working Time

6 AM - 2 PM
