What Youll Do: As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Actively prospect to find, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and C-Suite leaders, presenting tailored AV solutions.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to uncover needs and deliver customized value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Ford AVs expert engineers, estimators, and support teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Manage your accounts as the single point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Exceed sales goals, ensuring your success aligns with our high-performance team culture.

What Were Looking For: Were seeking motivated, results-driven individuals with:

  • A desire to work in person in a supportive and collaborative office setting. (THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
  • A passion for learning and growth in a technology-focused industry.
  • The ability to generate and close new business opportunities within 90 days.
  • Ability to generate leads, prospect, cold call, and develop new business.

Your Reward: Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $400,000+ per year. Our compensation includes a base salary, lucrative commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives. No caps. No limits.
