The Human Resources Manager II in the Disability Claims Management Division is responsible for planning, directing and supervising subordinates in the claims management of the Judiciary-wide system for workers compensation and temporary disability claims management; preparing responses to audit requests; overseeing studies, evaluations and recommendations for improvement to policies and procedures in the processing of workers compensation and temporary disability insurance claims; reviewing and evaluating changes to the workers compensation and temporary disability insurance laws and related rules; recommending and implementing necessary changes to the program as a result of law changes; and performing other related duties as required.
